2. Period of data retention

5. Permitted disclosees of the User’s Personal Data

Finally, the Interested Party has the right to object, in whole or in part:
- on legitimate grounds, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him / her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection;

The Interested Party has the right to revoke his / her consent to data processing at any time when such processing falls within the scope of Art. 6, para. 1 a) (i.e. when “the Interested Party has given consent to the processing of his / her Personal Data for one or more specific purposes”) or within the scope of Art. 9, para. 2 a) of the EU Regulation, without prejudice to the lawfulness of data processing operations based on consent prior to its withdrawal.
Should the Interested Party consider that the data concerning him / her has been processed against the law, (s)he has the right to lodge a complaint to a Control Authority, notably one in the Member State where (s)he usually resides, works or in the place where the infringement supposedly took place.
